- Graduate Systems Engineer
Working as a Systems Engineer you will gain exposure to all phases of project execution working with complex products which can be used by a multitude of clients across the world. The product range is constantly evolving and is mainly used within the subsea oil and gas and energy fields.
The company do the majority of their design and manufacturing on site so you will get the chance to work on projects from cradle to grave interacting with cross functional teams within the business. The business is fairly small in size but has the backing of a larger group so you get the opportunity to make a real technical difference with the potential to learn and work with a wider global partner.
Some of the key day to day responsibilities will include:
Working on engineering projects for complex, integrated delivery systems using integrated sensor arrays, communication networks, software application and related processes.
Drive system engineering excellence through working with 3rd party suppliers/partners and internal teams of electronics/software and mechanical engineers through all phases of project execution.
Generate electrical layout, schematics, and interface diagrams and then deliver project related work packages within agreed budgets and timeframes.
Work with project managers to define system specification requirements, test plans and procedures.
For this role you will need:
Systems engineering experience working with design, manufacturing and testing of electromechanical systems.
A degree in electronics or a related field would be beneficial.
