Description
Software Engineer (Algorithms-C/C++)

£27-40k (dependent on experience)
Graduate-Experienced


If you have experience as a Software Engineer in areas with a strong algorithmic focus such as computer vision, computer graphics and robotics, then this is your chance to join a company whose product is used worldwide in a desirable sector.

As a Software Engineer, you will be based within the company’s R&D team involved in researching, developing and integrating new and enhanced algorithms into the company’s products. Experience with C/C++ is necessary for the role, but the company will also be interested in those with a broad programming skillset.

Those at a graduate/junior level will be offered great training in order to get up to speed within the role. For engineers at an experienced level, the company actively offers additional training material and courses to build on your skillset, along with good career progression routes.

Due to the complex and intricate nature of the algorithms the Software Engineer will be developing, the company is looking for someone with strong academics (typically AAA at A-Level and a degree from a leading university).

Graduate Software Engineer (Embedded/Algorithm Development) Requirements:
  • Strong A-Level results (Typically AAA)
  • 2:1 or higher STEM degree from a leading university
  • C/C++ experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: algorithm development, computer vision, computer graphics & robotics
