Self-confessed tech geek with strong communication skills and experience in a technical/computer-based role? If this sounds like you, then you should not hesitate in applying for this Technical Support Engineer role for our client based in Amersham.
With a growing client network, the company is looking from graduate level to those with technical support experience to join their small but collaborative team.
Your role as a Technical Support Engineer will involve responsibilities including (but not limited to) creating JavaScript API’s, new software release testing, 1st line technical support and assistance with both backup and data security processes.
In return, the company offers the chance for flexible working hours, a standard pension scheme and a pro rata holiday system of 5 weeks (including bank holidays). The office’s location also offers good transport links for those without their own vehicle.
Technical Support Engineer requirements:
- Experience in a technical/computer-based role
- Interest in JavaScript based API’s
- Knowledge/experience with Google products (mail, adwords, analytics etc.)
- Confident communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/CSS
