Royston
Taking ownership of all H&S and Facilities across an expanding manufacturing business you will need a good eye for detail, with the confidence to implement programs and processes which will be vital for instilling a culture of Health and Safety across the business.
Due to expansion a major project you will be involved in is helping with the transition into a brand-new state of the art facility which is currently being built.
An understanding of overseeing facilities maintenance would be a distinct advantage as you would be in charge of a number of projects from outside contractors within the facility.
For this role we are looking for…
- A proven background of implementing H&S and environmental initiatives with a NEBOSH qualification.
- ISO 14001 awareness.
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to influence staff at all levels.
- An understand of facilities management with experience of working with outside contractors would be desirable.
