Description
Opto-Mechanical Engineer

Working on a diverse range of optical products you will join a newly formed team playing a vital part in the design of next generation optomechanical components.

These products can be used in a multitude of industries across the world with a reputation as being the world leader within their niche field.

You will solve complex technical problems and create new optomechanical designs whilst constantly looking at new areas of development working in parallel with engineers and physicists.

As part of the product development team you will play a vital role in the introduction of new products where you can also get involved in hands on prototyping and design.

The role is open to recent graduates or experienced engineers with an optics background.

For this role we are looking for:

A background of working as a design engineer with experience of working with optical related technology.

A strong understanding of thermal and FEA principles.
