Description: Senior Technical Solutions Engineer

Working with a wide range of complex technical problems you will investigate and resolve issues across a diverse product range. You will then re-create these engineering issues in a lab helping to understand root causes and then communicate these back to various teams of internal engineers.

The products have elements of electronics, software and mechanical engineering fundamentals where you will need to understand the overall system as a whole. So essentially an all-rounder who thrives on investigating and solving a diverse range of technical issues.

The company are going through a large growth phase where they are expanding their product range and this role will allow the engineering team to focus more on new product development projects.

This would be the first time they have taken someone on in this role so it’s a great chance to establish processes which will be used by the business for many years to come.

You can work to a hybrid model with a condensed fortnight on offer with some excellent core benefits.

For this role we are looking for:

A degree or qualification in an engineering discipline- ideally mechatronics or electronics or software engineering.

The ability to look into the entire system of a product.

A hands on approach to product development with good lab based investigation skills.
