If you’re interested in helping to shape how next-generation video technology is delivered to devices and platforms around the world, this could be your next role. This position would suit either an experienced Product Manager in the video/media technology space, or a Software Engineer with relevant domain experience who is looking to move into product management for the first time.
A new opportunity has opened within a growing technology business working with major global partners across TV, set-top boxes, and wider video platforms. The company builds software that integrates directly with middleware vendors and device manufacturers, enabling them to deliver new capabilities at scale.
The Role
You will manage the roadmap and delivery of a set of video-focused software products, working closely with engineering and external partners. The work is varied, from leading demonstrations and technical discussions to guiding integration projects with vendors to ensuring the product is delivered correctly in real-world environments.
There will be some international travel (around 20%) for conferences and client visits.
Required:
• Background in video technology, media tech, or device-level software
• Either: experience as a Product Manager, OR strong experience as a Software Engineer in this field
• Ability to speak confidently with engineering teams and external technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple active projects
Desirable:
• Experience working with TV, set-top box, or middleware vendors
• Exposure to video standards, streaming ecosystems, or related technologies
• Client-facing or demo-led experience
