Support Technician
A digital agency with a huge variety of different clients is looking for a Support Technician to join the team. Delivering top-quality service is central to this business’s success. They consistently go above and beyond for their clients and, as a result, have built an excellent reputation.
As a Support Technician, you will be speaking to clients over the phone and via email, helping them resolve issues with their websites and digital platforms. You will aim to troubleshoot and resolve problems yourself wherever possible, while escalating more complex issues to the development team when required. This is a fast-paced environment, so being able to prioritise and manage multiple requests effectively will be important.
The projects you’ll support are extremely varied. Clients range from small businesses with fairly straightforward websites through to large organisations running highly complex, multi-tiered platforms. This means no two days are the same and you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and client environments.
The company will continue to support your development on the technical side, but they are looking for someone who already has around 2+ years of experience in a client-facing / support role. Experience supporting websites, digital platforms, or similar technologies would be beneficial. Exposure to technologies such as HTML, CSS, WordPress, or general website administration would be advantageous, though not essential.
The most important qualities for this role are strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication with clients, and the ability to stay organised while managing competing priorities. If you enjoy helping customers, have a genuine interest in technology, and want to continue developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment, this could be a great opportunity.
The role offer hybrid working, 3 days onsite 2 from home.
Up to £30K, dependent on experience.
