Electro-Mechanical Assembler- £12.65 PH +15% uplift
- Mon-Thurs (4:30pm-1:30am) and Fri (12:30pm – 5:30pm) - Overtime available
Working on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-1:30am and 12:30pm-5:30pm on Fridays), you will be working under a supervisor who joined in this very role 10 years ago, alongside an established team of mechanical, electrical and electronics assembly specialists. You’ll get the chance to cover both disciplines, using metrology hand tools, as well as soldering of PCB’s circuits and will be given the training to develop on each. These builds can range from as quick and 20 minutes, to as long as 12 hours.
What are we looking for?- Mechanical, electrical or electronics assembly/ production experience
- Prior work with hand tools or soldering, following engineering drawings/schematics
- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience minimum
- Personality: hobbyist and natural interest in engineering who is keen to learn and grow
