Location: Southampton, UK
This role will give you the opportunity to develop your engineering, manufacturing and problem-solving skills within a highly advanced production environment. Based in a state-of-the-art facility in Southampton, the company designs, develops and manufactures its products under one roof, providing employees with a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the entire product lifecycle.

Working as part of the Operational Excellence team, you will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring products are built and tested to the highest quality standards. • Strong practical problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple priorities.
• Good IT and communication skills; engineering qualifications, Lean Manufacturing experience, or equipment maintenance experience would be advantageous.
