- This is a diverse and hands-on finance role where you’ll work across a range of activities - from daily transactional accounting tasks to supporting managers with key financial data and insights that drive business decisions.
As a Finance Operations Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Finance Director and Controller in a small, collaborative team based in Luton.
You’ll manage tasks such as issuing credit notes, processing invoicing through portals, and completing VAT submissions, while ensuring financial reports are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business data. You’ll also support managers with cost reporting, helping to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability.
The role involves contributing to process improvements and supporting the company’s transition from SAP to a new system. It offers the chance to develop your expertise in both finance operations and business partnering within a supportive environment.
We’re looking for someone with solid accounting knowledge, strong analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail. You should be confident working with numbers and data, comfortable challenging and supporting managers, and have a genuine interest in continuous improvement. Experience with SAP is desirable.
